The checker is a planning tool

The calculator selects a published purchased-system cap from the primary heating source and system category you enter. It does not measure qualifying capacity, calculate building heat loss, verify home type or issue pre-approval. An unknown source, undecided system or renter requires eligibility review. Rental equipment has its own rates.

Use current official requirements

A checked date records when the linked program information was reviewed. It is not a reservation of funding or a commitment that terms will remain unchanged. The administrator decides applications under its current conditions. Before ordering, the participating contractor must verify the complete model match and obtain the required approval.

An optional inquiry

Sending project details asks for follow-up; it does not enroll you in HRS, an affordability program or a loan. Agree on installation, total cost, qualifications, insurance and warranty with the provider you select. Do not send private government-application documents through the inquiry form.
